Fried Rice Fury: Man Attacks Restaurant Over Chicken Portion

In a bizarre incident, a man launched an attack on a restaurant in Haripad, enraged over the portion of chicken in his fried rice. Officials confirmed that a case has been registered against the assailant following the altercation at Chicken Chicago on Thursday afternoon.

The confrontation erupted when the man, who arrived in a pickup van, accused the staff of serving an insufficient chicken portion. Despite attempts by the restaurant manager to placate the customer by offering more chicken, the situation escalated.

According to the filed FIR, the man turned violent, verbally abusing and physically assaulting a female staff member before damaging property. The restaurant claims a loss of Rs 35,000. Efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the perpetrator.
