Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah convened with several legislators and delegations on Friday to address pressing issues within the region. The meeting involved discussions with former minister Abdul Majid Wani and former legislator Chaman Lal, who voiced critical concerns regarding their constituencies in Ramban district.

Additionally, a delegation from the Indian Institute of Architects, led by Chairman Vikas Dubey, brought forth challenges faced due to recent changes in building bye-laws. Addressing these concerns, the Chief Minister assured a thorough review and resolution of legitimate grievances.

Further, representatives from the Jammu University Teachers Association (JUTA), led by Prof Ravinder Singh, highlighted issues impacting the teaching community. Throughout his engagements, Abdullah reaffirmed a commitment to prioritizing and resolving all bona fide issues in a timely manner.
