TCS Responds to Allegations: Announces Oversight Panel

Amid accusations of religious conversion and sexual misconduct at its Nashik unit, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) stated that no complaints were received via internal channels. A preliminary review confirmed no records of such allegations.

TCS announced an oversight panel chaired by finance industry veteran Keki Mistry, an independent director on the board. This panel, along with external entities, will oversee the internal probe led by COO Aarthi Subramanian.

Despite police case links, TCS clarified that accused Nida Khan is a process associate, not an HR manager. The Nashik unit remains operational, underscoring TCS's zero-tolerance policy and commitment to employee safety and cooperation with authorities.
