UPDATE 1-Russia detains German citizen for 'terrorist' plot, Russian media report

A ​German citizen ‌has been detained ​in Russia's Stavropol region ‌for planning a "terrorist attack" at a law enforcement facility, Russian media reported ‌on Monday.

State news agency RIA ‌cited the Federal Security Service (FSB) as saying the 57 year ⁠old ​German ⁠woman had been arrested with a bomb ⁠in her rucksack in the ​city of Pyatigorsk. It said that ⁠the bomb she had been ⁠carrying ​was to have been detonated by "an Islamist from Central ⁠Asia".
