Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar and Chief Minister Hemant Soren have called for full participation from the state's residents, emphasizing the importance of accurate data in shaping development strategies. The self-enumeration phase, which began on May 1, runs until May 15 and is designed to streamline data collection ahead of subsequent field operations.
The upcoming phase will see 76,000 enumerators collecting detailed household data throughout Jharkhand from May 16 to June 14. This initiative is critical in obtaining a comprehensive understanding of socio-economic conditions across the state, influencing future government planning and resource allocation.
