The Nashik court has denied pre-arrest bail to Nida Khan, a TCS employee, in a case of alleged sexual harassment and attempted religious conversion. The court noted systematic attempts to brainwash the victim, emphasizing the need for Khan's custodial interrogation.

Judge K G Joshi cited the magnitude of the offenses, stating that Khan, along with Danish Shaikh and Tausif, coerced the victim into religious conversion under false pretenses. They were also charged under various sections for harassment and hurting religious sentiments.

The prosecution argued that there was an organized plan to change the victim's identity and send her to Malaysia. The court highlighted the necessity of further investigation to determine if an international syndicate is involved.
