Suvendu Adhikari, a senior BJP leader, voiced his confidence on Thursday in the police's potential to solve the recent murder case of his executive assistant, Chandranath Rath.
Speaking outside Barasat Hospital, Adhikari highlighted ongoing efforts by police, citing discussions with the DGP. Some suspects have been detained as part of the investigation.
Adhikari, along with other BJP leaders, dismissed TMC's call for a CBI probe, emphasizing faith in the current police capabilities, while criticizing previous governance for hampering police efficiency.
