Tragic Drowning of Two Teens at Zilpi Lake
Two 19-year-olds drowned at Zilpi Lake near Nagpur after getting trapped in mud while swimming. The incident occurred on Wednesday evening and, following a two-hour search, their bodies were recovered by fire personnel. The teens were identified as Aditya Ramchandra Chande and Abhishek Sirsam.

Two teenagers tragically drowned in Zilpi Lake near Nagpur, Maharashtra, as they attempted to swim on Wednesday evening. Police reported that Aditya Ramchandra Chande and Abhishek Sirsam, both 19, entered the lake and got trapped in thick mud, leading to their tragic demise.
The incident, 22 kilometers from Nagpur, occurred when the youths, hailing from the Hingna area, ventured too far into the lake. Despite their efforts to stay afloat, they succumbed to the mud's grip.
Upon being alerted, civic fire personnel promptly initiated a search and rescue operation. After two taxing hours, they recovered the bodies, with police subsequently filing a case of accidental death.
