Vice-President of India Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan today paid heartfelt tributes to former Union Minister and former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Major General B. C. Khanduri, at his residence in Dehradun.

Remembering the veteran leader and decorated soldier, the Vice-President described Major General Khanduri as an extraordinary personality who dedicated his life to the service of the nation both in uniform and public life.
