The complainant, involved in a dispute, claimed that Dhama pressured him for money even after a settlement had been reached. The accused initially demanded Rs 1.5 lakh, which was negotiated down to Rs 1 lakh. An audio recording and a set trap confirmed the corrupt activity, leading to his arrest under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
