Khemchand Singh stressed the importance of all 36 communities advancing together for Manipur's progress. He was speaking at an interactive session focused on promoting equality through the post-matric scholarship scheme.
Addressing concerns over scholarship delays, Singh attributed them to Aadhaar and bank linkage issues, assuring that funds have been allocated. He highlighted education's pivotal role in youth development and committed to resolving student difficulties. Singh emphasized the necessity of peace for progress, urging students to foster community harmony.
Deputy Chief Minister Nemcha Kipgen, via video link, affirmed the government's support for empowering tribal youth through education. Students from Churachandpur and Kangpokpi took part, sharing their challenges.
