The Tamil Nadu administration has reassigned R Kirlosh Kumar, who previously served as the principal secretary to the Governor, now assigning him as the principal secretary for the housing and urban development department.
In a move signaling shifts in bureaucratic leadership, three female IAS officers have been designated as district collectors. Sharanya Ari, formerly of the social welfare department, will serve as Perambalur district collector. N Mirunalini is set to take over as the Ariyalur district collector, while S Malathi Helen will manage the Chennai district.
