Prime Minister Narendra Modi promises National Traders' Welfare Board, trader credit card and pension scheme for small shopkeepers if BJP is re-elected.

PM Modi also underscored govt's success in checking inspector raj and changing income tax assessment. He also announced his target to take India into top 50 in ease of doing business ranking in the next five years from the current 77.
