Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd moves SC for urgent listing of plea against it alleging misappropriation of Rs 98,000 cr public money. The company terms the plea as frivolous and said that it caused massive loss to the firm.

Supreme Court said it will take the decision on listing of plea against Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd during the day.

Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd approaches the Supreme Court for an urgent hearing on a petition filed against it, its Chairman and directors for alleged misappropriation of Rs 98,000 crore of public money. SC says it would decide on urgent listing of plea later today.
