Personal Assistant of O Panneerselvam passes away at 40

The Personal Assistant of Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam, who suffered serious injuries in an accident recently, died at a private hospital here.

P C Madhan, who was admitted to Velammalhospital here died without responding to treatment on Friday, family sources said. He was 40 and is survived by a wife and two children.

The accident occurred last week while he was proceeding in a car to the district from Madurai, they said.
