National Herald Case adjourned till Jan 9, Patiala House Court defers the matter for further cross-examination

National Herald Case, the long pending matter is now being adjourned by Patiala House Court for further cross-examination for January 8, 2019. The case has also deferred the pronouncement of order on an application moved by Motilal Vora (former CM of Madhya Pradesh belonging to Indian National Congress), seeking directions to restrain Rajya Sabha MP and former Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy from posting derogatory tweets regarding the National Herald case for the same date.
