Putin urges businesses to invest in Russia, calls for lower taxes

Russian businessmen should invest in Russia and their assets and property rights should be protected, President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday during his annual address to Russian lawmakers.
He said that taxes for small and medium-sized businesses in Russia should be reduced.
