Historic Third Term for Modi: NSE MD Reacts

In a significant political development, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) Managing Director and CEO, Ashishkumar Chauhan, hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'historic third consecutive win' in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

The ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) emerged victorious on Tuesday, securing a majority in the Lok Sabha. However, for the first time since 2014, the BJP, which garnered 240 seats, fell short of the majority mark of 272 in the 543-member house, making it heavily reliant on its allies for government formation.

Chauhan took to social media platform X to congratulate the Prime Minister, stating, ''Congratulations PM Shri @narendramodi ji for the historic third consecutive win under your leadership in the Indian general election...
