Bansuri Swaraj Criticizes Opposition, Defends Modi's Tenure

In her maiden address to the Lok Sabha, BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj launched a scathing attack on the opposition, accusing them of orchestrating a constitutional crisis in Delhi. Swaraj alleged that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is determined to remain in office despite the controversies surrounding him.

Highlighting various policies implemented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government over the past decade, Swaraj said India is on the path to becoming the world's third-largest economy, in stark contrast to countries embroiled in conflicts. She credited these initiatives for the NDA's consecutive electoral victories.

Swaraj also underscored her support for women’s political empowerment, revealing that her mother, Sushma Swaraj, had long advocated for 33% reservation for women in Parliament. She expressed satisfaction that this dream was realized under the Modi administration.
