Sunita Kejriwal, the wife of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, on Sunday accused the BJP government in Haryana of failing to deliver any development in the past decade. She urged the people to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the upcoming assembly elections to create a 'new Haryana'.
With assembly elections in Haryana slated for later this year, the AAP has decided to contest all 90 seats. Although the party has participated in several elections in Haryana in the past, victory has eluded them so far.
Addressing a gathering, Sunita Kejriwal emphasized the need to vote for AAP's 'jhadu' (broom) symbol to herald transformation similar to that seen in Delhi's government schools and hospitals, where the AAP government has initiated groundbreaking changes.
