JJP leader Dushyant Chautala announced on Wednesday that the party will soon finalize its candidates for the October 1 Haryana polls. He emphasized that there will be no place for those who have betrayed the organization, asserting that the Jannayak Janta Party is fully in election mode.

The Ajay Singh Chautala-led JJP and Chandra Shekhar Azad's Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) revealed their alliance for the assembly polls on Tuesday. As per the alliance, the JJP will contest 70 of the 90 Assembly seats, while the Azad Samaj Party will contest 20.

Dushyant Chautala said an important meeting of the JJP's Political Affairs Committee is scheduled for September 2, where most of the party's candidates will be finalized. He also stated that the JJP-ASP alliance aims to pave the way for the progress of Haryana, jointly fighting for the rights of the poor, farmers, and laborers.

The announcement of the alliance has energized youths across the state. Addressing a meeting of JJP workers from Uklana, Dushyant Chautala took a dig at those who recently left the party, emphasizing that loyalty should be to the party and not to any individual. He called upon JJP workers to utilize the remaining month before the elections to reach out to voters and urge them to vote in favor of the alliance.
