BJP's Praveen Kumar Clinches Victory in Bir-Bagehra Ward

BJP candidate Praveen Kumar emerged victorious in the Bir-Bagehra ward of Sujanpur block, Hamirpur district. The election, held on Sunday, saw Kumar defeating Congress's Pyar Chand by 41 votes. The seat was vacated by Ranjit Singh Rana, who became an MLA recently. The BJP expressed gratitude to voters and interpreted the win as a loss of faith in Congress.

BJP candidate Praveen Kumar on Monday secured a win in the Bir-Bagehra ward of the Sujanpur block in Hamirpur district.

The election, held on Sunday, saw Kumar defeating Pyar Chand of the Congress party by a margin of 41 votes.

The seat was previously held by Congress MLA Ranjit Singh Rana, who vacated it after his election as MLA from the Sujanpur seat in a recent bye-election. Rana had defeated Rajendra Rana in the bypoll.

The BJP extended its gratitude to the voters of Bir Bagehra ward for their support. The party said the victory indicates that voters have lost trust in the Congress.
