BJP's Triumphant Hat-Trick in Haryana Assembly Polls

Prime Minister Modi celebrated BJP's historic third consecutive win in Haryana, attributing it to the hard work of party workers and a victory for democracy in Jammu and Kashmir. With a strong majority, BJP is set to form the government, establishing a record in Haryana's political landscape.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced on Tuesday that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) achieved an unprecedented victory in the Haryana assembly elections, paving the way for its third continuous government in the state. Speaking to party members at the BJP headquarters following the assembly poll results in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir, Modi emphasized that the triumph in Haryana was due to the diligent efforts of party workers.

Modi noted the peaceful execution of elections after many decades in Jammu and Kashmir, describing it as a triumph for the Indian Constitution and democracy. He praised the people of Haryana for their remarkable achievement on the sixth day of Navratri, attributing their success to divine blessings as the BJP's symbolic lotus blossomed once again in the state.

The Prime Minister highlighted that the BJP registered the highest vote percentage in the Jammu and Kashmir elections, emerging as the largest party despite the National Conference alliance receiving the mandate. He congratulated the alliance and reaffirmed that the peaceful and fair elections symbolized a victory for democracy. Modi also commended Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and the party's dedicated workers for their significant role in securing this historic win, leading to an absolute majority with 48 seats in the 90-member assembly.
