With the general elections barely months away, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national President Amit Shah and AICC President Rahul Gandhi are scheduled to visit Odisha this month, said sources in the two BJP parties on Monday. Modi will visit western Odisha town Bolangir where he will address "Swabhiman Samavesh" of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on January 15. He will also attend some official programmes on the day, said BJP Legislature Party leader K.V. Singhdeo. This will be third visit of the Prime Minister in three weeks. He visited the state on December 24 and January 5.

All India Congress Committee (AICC) president Rahul Gandhi will visit the state on January 25 to address a rally and hold a meeting of party workers to prepare the strategy for the elections. Odisha will face general and Assembly polls simultaneously later this year.
