Harvinder Kalyan Elected Speaker of Haryana Assembly

Harvinder Kalyan, a three-time BJP MLA from Gharaunda, Karnal district, was elected as the Speaker of the Haryana Assembly. His nomination was proposed by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and seconded by BJP MLA Ranbir Gangwa. Kalyan assumed the role and received congratulatory messages from several political figures.

The election concluded with widespread support and congratulations from Chief Minister Saini, party MLAs, Congress members, and other legislators. Previously, Pro-tem Speaker Raghuvir Singh Kadian administered the oath of office to newly elected MLAs of the Assembly's 15th session.
