In a fiery rally at Gondia, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched a scathing attack on the BJP and RSS, accusing them of working relentlessly to dismantle the Constitution. Speaking ahead of the Maharashtra assembly elections, he boldly claimed Prime Minister Narendra Modi has never read the Constitution.
With a 'guarantee,' Gandhi suggested that Modi's ignorance of the foundational document has led to a lack of respect for its provisions. The Congress scion implored citizens to confront Modi on his government's track record, particularly regarding the number of farmers' loans waived over the past decade.
Highlighting the challenges faced by soybean and cotton growers, Gandhi promised the implementation of fair pricing for crops and health insurance for the poor, should the Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance seize power in the state. His address aimed to galvanize support for the upcoming elections.
