In a compelling address in Achalpur, Amravati, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath intensified his Hindu unity rhetoric ahead of the November 20 assembly polls. By modifying the slogan 'Batenge to Katenge' to 'Ek Hai To Safe Hai,' he implored citizens to stay united.
At the rally, Adityanath accused the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi of transforming Maharashtra into a 'hub for love jihad and land jihad,' urging the state not to become a 'laboratory' for such issues. He contrasted the NDA's leadership with that of the MVA, emphasizing the need for unity to prevent divisions like those seen in India's past.
He credited the resolution of the Ayodhya dispute and development initiatives to Prime Minister Modi's governance while stating that such issues no longer affect Uttar Pradesh. Adityanath reiterated strong measures against threats to women's safety and land security. He warned Amravati voters that divisiveness could lead to negative consequences in future elections.
