In a significant development, India and the US have reached a consensus to bolster their civil nuclear cooperation and finalize the first phase of a major trade agreement by year's end. This was announced after discussions between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump.
Adding to the collaborative efforts, the US has committed to supplying F-35 fighter jets to India, marking a milestone in defense ties between the two nations. Both leaders reiterated their demand for Pakistan to bring those responsible for the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks to justice.
Furthermore, the US has approved the extradition of Tahawwur Rana, a suspect in the 26/11 attacks, to India. These developments are anticipated to strengthen Indo-US relations amid growing geopolitical tensions worldwide.
