Delhi's newly appointed Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta, held her inaugural meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday, marking a significant start to her leadership tenure.
The Prime Minister's office released photographs of this formal encounter, which took place shortly after Gupta assumed her new role.
Gupta, who was sworn in alongside six ministers in a ceremonious event at Ramlila Maidan, heralds the Bharatiya Janata Party's return to governing Delhi after an absence of more than two decades.
