Traffic Chaos as MLA Devendra Yadav Walks Free

Chhattisgarh Congress MLA Devendra Yadav, along with 12 others, found themselves facing legal action on Saturday for allegedly disrupting traffic upon his release from a Raipur jail, according to a police account.

Yadav, the representative from Bhilai Nagar, walked free from jail in Raipur's Ganj area on Friday, aided by a Supreme Court bail grant tied to a violent protest by the Satnami community in the previous year at Balodabazar city.

The FIR details claim that a vast gathering of 500-600 party members, led by Yadav, congested the thoroughfare outside the prison at the junction between Kutchery Chowk and Fafadih. This obstruction affected commuters significantly, including buses and ambulances, and was further amplified when Yadav climbed onto a vehicle to address his supporters.
