Historic Ukrainian Drone Assault Targets Russian Territory

The Russian Defence Ministry has announced a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict, as it intercepted 337 Ukrainian drones during an overnight raid. This marks the largest drone assault on Russian territory since the conflict began three years ago.
The drones saturated the skies over 10 regions, including strategic territories like the Kursk region which lies adjacent to the Ukrainian border. Out of the total, 126 drones were shot down in Kursk and an additional 91 in the Moscow region, highlighting areas of intensified activity.
This development comes as a Ukrainian delegation prepares to engage in negotiations with American officials in Saudi Arabia. The discussions are slated to focus on diplomatic solutions to bring an end to the prolonged hostilities with Russia.
