India and Bangladesh have successfully carried out the Bongosagar 2025 naval exercise in the Bay of Bengal, officials announced on Thursday. The strategic drill saw the deployment of INS Ranvir from the Indian Navy and BNS Abu Ubaidah from the Bangladesh Navy.
Aimed at enhancing interoperability and tactical planning, the exercise underscored the commitment of both nations to regional security. In alignment with India's Security And Growth for All in the Region (SAGAR) initiative, the maneuver highlighted the importance of cohesive maritime operations.
