Rwanda's Kagame warns Congo against "tricks" in implementing peace deal

Rwandan President Paul Kagame said on Friday that his country would firmly deal with any violations of a peace deal signed last week with the Democratic Republic of Congo. "If the side we are dealing with plays tricks ... we will deal with the problem," he told a press conference in Kigali.
