As the 2025 assembly election in Bihar approaches, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta emphasized the state's ongoing development, expressing confidence in the National Democratic Alliance's (NDA) ability to form the government. Gupta firmly stated that a coalition led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar is poised for victory.
During her visit to Bihar, CM Gupta said, "I salute the land of Bihar. Development here is accelerating, and with Modi ji and Nitish Kumar, the government formation is assured. I'm here to further speed up progress." Meanwhile, Bihar Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha dismissed reports of friction within the NDA over seat sharing, stressing the alliance's unity.
Sinha hailed PM Modi's leadership, lauding his dedication to 'Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas.' He criticized rival alliances, affirming NDA's cohesion. Separately, Jan Suraaj's Prashant Kishor announced he won't contest, focusing instead on supporting his party's candidates, marking a significant shift in the election landscape.
