Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has reiterated the BJP's commitment to a comprehensive development vision, distancing his party from criticism of rivals. Speaking at a rally in Partur, Jalna district, ahead of local body elections, Fadnavis highlighted the party's focus on state development as evidence against resorting to criticism.
The upcoming elections, scheduled for December 2 with results on December 3, will be pivotal for the ruling Mahayuti alliance. Fadnavis encouraged local leaders to draft a development blueprint for Partur, assuring implementation within five years as part of the BJP's proactive governance strategy.
In addition, the Chief Minister announced legal reforms through the state revenue department, addressing residential and commercial land encroachments, and offering funds to construct new housing. Advocating for renewable energy, he suggested that Partur could become Maharashtra's first solar city, building on the successes of the Surya Ghar Yojana.
