Gandhi's remarks came Thursday, backed by a video conversation with Bharat Immunologicals and Biologicals Corporation Limited (BIBCOL) employees, aired from his Parliamentary office. The workers revealed they hadn't received their salaries for an extended period, raising alarm over their financial survival.

The opposition leader described this alleged conspiracy as a systematic dismantling of government institutions, orchestrated to benefit private companies by transferring government contracts, with detrimental implications for India's economic future.
