In a spirited demonstration, Bihar Congress workers vocally opposed the BJP-led central government following a court decision in the National Herald case. The court quashed the Enforcement Directorate's charges against Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, prompting the protest.

A crowd gathered near the Income Tax roundabout, enthusiastically chanting against the BJP, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and senior BJP figures. The protesters, brandishing placards, criticized the NDA government for its actions.

Rajesh Ram accused the BJP of attempting to smear Congress leadership through misused investigatory powers. Security was heightened during the protest, preventing Congress workers from advancing further.
