West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has pointed fingers at AIMIM and ISF, holding them responsible for the gherao of judicial officers in Malda district. She further accused Congress and the BJP of provoking the unrest. Banerjee revealed that the main culprit, linked with AIMIM, was arrested by the state's CID.

Addressing an election rally in Dakshin Dinajpur, Banerjee criticized the BJP for allegedly bringing external troublemakers to disrupt elections in West Bengal. She emphasized that AIMIM had previously helped BJP win in Bihar by splitting votes and accused BJP of engineering similar tactics to divide Bengal.

Claiming BJP's interference in the electoral process, Banerjee alleged voter list manipulations and accused BJP of financial misconduct during elections.
