The Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) has expressed strong displeasure with the ongoing delay in appointing Kerala's next Chief Minister, citing widespread public dissatisfaction, according to its Malappuram district secretary, P Abdul Hameed.

With the United Democratic Front's (UDF) historic victory, the IUML highlighted that the indecision has marred victory celebrations and caused discontent among party workers and the public.

Congress discussions in New Delhi remain inconclusive, leaving the state in suspense over the chief ministerial choice, as the IUML warned of potential political consequences if the delay continues.
