Lt Gen Sharma's Strategic Security Assessment in Kashmir

Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, Northern Army Commander, conducted a comprehensive security evaluation in the Kashmir Valley on Wednesday. He led a coordination meeting in Srinagar, receiving detailed operational updates from Joint Control Centres, as mentioned by the Northern Command in a post on X.

The Army highlighted Lt Gen Sharma's focus on enhancing inter-agency collaboration to expedite intelligence sharing and optimize joint operational effectiveness. His visit also included an assessment and strategy review at forward areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in North Kashmir.

Interacting with troops stationed at the LoC, Lt Gen Sharma commended their dedication and urged continued excellence in operational capabilities, stressing readiness and vigilance in service to the nation.
