Kerala's newly appointed Cabinet, led by Chief Minister V D Satheesan, held its inaugural meeting on Monday. The session follows the swearing-in of Satheesan and 20 ministers.
Post-ceremony, the leaders convened at Lok Bhavan for a reception hosted by Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar. Subsequently, they made their way to the State Secretariat.
In his chamber, Satheesan assumed office before chairing the Cabinet discussions. Following the meeting, he signed multiple documents, distributing copies to ministers, and is expected to brief the press on key outcomes. The UDF coalition seized power in the state with a significant majority in the Assembly.
