Kerala CM Satheesan meets Sonia, Rahul, Kharge

Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan met top Congress leaders, including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Mallikarjun Kharge, in his first visit since taking office on May 18.

Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan on Saturday called on top Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge.

This is his first visit here after becoming the chief minister of Kerala.

During his meeting with Congress Parliamentary Party chairperson Sonia Gandhi at her 10, Janpath residence, Satheesan also met Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, and Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.

Separately, the Kerala CM also met Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge at his 10, Rajaji Marg residence.

Satheesan took oath as the chief minister of Kerala on May 18.
