Moldova has completed 93% of reforms due so far under a growth plan, EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Monday, after a meeting with Moldovan President Maia Sandu in Brussels.
Ambassadors from the European Union's 27 countries agreed earlier in June to advance membership talks with Moldova.
