Godrej Properties Sets Sales Record with Bengaluru Housing Project

Godrej Properties Ltd announced it has sold over 2,000 homes worth Rs 3,150 crore in its new Bengaluru project, Godrej Woodscapes. This marks the company's most successful launch by value and volume, surpassing its full-year FY24 South India sales in the first quarter.

Godrej Properties Ltd achieved a significant milestone on Tuesday, announcing the sale of more than 2,000 homes for over Rs 3,150 crore in its new housing project in Bengaluru.

In a regulatory filing, the company stated that its 'Godrej Woodscapes' project, located in Whitefield-Budigere Cross, saw unprecedented demand, making it the most successful launch in terms of both value and volume.

This marks the second launch in three months where sales crossed the Rs 3,000 crore mark.

With this accomplishment, Godrej Properties has already surpassed its full-year FY24 sales target for South India in just the first quarter.

The company plans a robust pipeline of new project launches in 2024-25, particularly in Bengaluru, and is also targeting strategic market entry into Hyderabad.
