NBCC Secures Rs 15,000 Crore Satellite Township Project in Srinagar

State-owned NBCC has received a contract worth Rs 15,000 crore to develop a 406-acre satellite township in Srinagar from the Srinagar Development Authority. The project involves extensive development work at Rakh-e-Gund Akshah, Bemina, in Jammu & Kashmir.

According to a regulatory filing made on Friday, NBCC disclosed that it was awarded the project by the Srinagar Development Authority.

The initiative includes comprehensive development efforts spanning 406 acres at Rakh-e-Gund Akshah, Bemina, in Jammu & Kashmir.

NBCC is known for its expertise in project management consultancy and the real estate sector.
