In a move to streamline public services, Haryana's Urban Local Bodies Minister, Vipul Goel, has announced enhancements to 31 online services. These improvements are designed to provide conveniences to residents while ensuring that the digital platforms remain accessible and efficient.
Speaking at a departmental meeting, Goel directed continuous monitoring and emphasized the importance of quickly resolving citizens' issues. A system for weekly review meetings was also set up to ensure the effectiveness of the property ID portal and other services.
Goel underlined social media's role in improving interactions between the public and local bodies. Under Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini's leadership, the state government aims to maximize ease of access to amenities for all citizens.
