The project's development, located on a four-acre plot in Sector 103 along the Dwarka Expressway, will feature 240 high-end apartments.

Chairman Sandeep Chillar confirmed that longstanding ownership of the land and governmental approvals are in place, with funding sourced from internal reserves, loans, and customer advances.
