NBCC and HUDCO Collaborate on Rs 117 Crore Urban Development Projects

These projects, valued at Rs 117 crore, involve commercial complexes, integrated redevelopment, and residential reconstruction, showcasing significant investment in India's urban landscape.

State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has entered into a significant agreement with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) to spearhead urban development projects worth Rs 117 crore. This collaboration aims to undertake transformative development in several Indian cities.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formalized with the signing by HUDCO's Chairman and Managing Director, Sanjay Kulshrestha, along with NBCC's counterpart, K P Mahadevaswamy. Under this pact, NBCC is tasked with developing a commercial complex in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, and carrying out the integrated redevelopment of HUDCO's land in Panchkula, Haryana. The agreement also includes constructing new blocks at HUDCO's Regional Office in Ahmedabad.
Additionally, the project includes reconstructing residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex in New Delhi. This initiative underscores NBCC's commitment to enhancing India's urban landscape through substantial investments and modern infrastructure development.
