In a significant development, Samko Renewable Energy Limited and SRAM & MRAM Projects Limited have announced a joint venture to create a smart city project in Tamil Nadu, India, and the United Kingdom. This collaboration aims to establish integrated manufacturing townships featuring GIGA Factories and commercial amenities.
The joint entity, named Samko SRAM & MRAM BESS Limited, will lead the implementation of the Nikola Tesla Smart City Project, a multi-billion-dollar initiative. These townships will encompass advanced technologies, renewable energy systems, and circular economy models, each spread over a minimum of 100 acres and completed within 18 months.
SRAM & MRAM Group will bring technological expertise and strategic alliances, while Samko Renewable Energy will handle financing and operational execution. This partnership seeks to drive innovation in renewable energy, creating job opportunities and stimulating economic growth on a global scale.
