This new Raman Mandi-Sadda Singhwala New Broad Gauge Rail Line Project falls under the larger Mansa-Bathinda Doubling Project. The line will traverse Mansa and Bathinda districts, boosting transportation and regional development.
Requiring 192.42 hectares of land, the project will introduce six stations, including Laleana, Talwandi Sabo, and Jaga Ram Tirath, among others. It will feature modern infrastructure with electric traction and an advanced signaling system, marking significant progress in connecting Sikh heritage sites, which past governments have neglected.
